PERSONAL-USE TERMS

An owner-managed personal integration.

Frequincy Home is intended only for the owner of the configured integration and people the owner explicitly authorizes. It is not offered as a public subscription service and does not provide public account registration.

Authorized cameras and access

Connect only camera devices the owner is entitled to access and record. Google permissions are granted through Google's authorization screen. Viewing credentials and recording exports should be shared only with people the owner intends to authorize.

Recording and storage

The owner controls the recording storage and available history. The application uses rolling retention, so older footage may be removed as storage fills. The owner should export footage that needs to be kept separately and verify the exported file before relying on that copy.

Availability

The application depends on the configured computer, storage, cameras, power, network and Google service access. Activity detection is an aid to reviewing footage. It does not establish that every event was detected or that uninterrupted evidence is available. Recording, audio, playback and recovery must be checked in the actual installation.

Google services

Google Home and Nest remain separate Google services governed by the owner's agreements with Google. Frequincy Home does not replace those agreements or represent Google's approval of this personal integration.

Data practices

The privacy notice explains how the application accesses, uses, stores and retires camera data. The owner administers the integration and may revoke Google access or remove the local installation.
